Our main aim is to give complete customer satisfaction. But we all know people make mistakes. If there is any mistake regarding your order by us, we regret it and it is our sole responsibility to correct it.
If you are displeased with the delivered products due to damage or wrong product , we will replace the product or refund the money. The reasons should be genuine and proved after investigation. For this investigation we must need a video while unpacking the order.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customer have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us by Email. Our Policy for the cancellation is below :
Cancellation Policy
● To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request via Email within 12 hours from the date of your order and full refund will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
● Once the order time crosses 12 hours, your order can’t be cancelled and you can’t requested for refund.

In case any Customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
● In Case any issues in your ordered product we will refund your money within 5 working days.
● However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing mistake we assure you to exchange your product.
● For exchange product
You must inform us by E-mail within 5 days from receiving the order.
● After receiving your exchange request, we will pick up the product within 3 working days.
● After that we will resend the product to you within 7 working days.
● No product returns are available by us.
